Pretty much what you might imagine.  Owners are instructed to make their dogs
'crazy'.  Basically, do whatever it takes to get them worked up, excited,
bouncy, jumping.  All those things they don't want!  Then you give a verbal
cue & hand signal to sit, down, finish, whatever.  You stand perfectly still
and wait for the dog to do what you asked.  Then you go into 'crazy' mode
again.  It's using play as the reinforcer.  The dog who doesn't comply is
ignored for about 20 seconds (owner turns back on dog).  Then cue is given
again.  It's a good way for people to observe how their dogs crank up and then
calm down.
